Introduction

JCCX-600A Automatic Plastic Cover Thermoforming Machine is developed by our research and development personnel according to the demand of packing market. Machine adopts thermoforming, and cutting as the special properties of product requires of the users. It is with advanced technology, safe and simple operation, which will avoid the consumption of labor on the manual punching and contamination from the touch with the employee. Therefore, the quality requirement is secured during the production.

Machine Features:

1.The machine has a reasonable design and novel structure. It adopts air clip servo traction, has synchronous assembly line operation of heating, forming, cutting and waste collection, and has excellent performance of adjustable machine tool guide rail stroke. The production process is intuitive, the operation and maintenance are convenient, and the functions are complete. It has the following obvious characteristics:

2.The servo distance adjustment device is used to enable various molds to move left and right on the circular guide rail of the machine base, which can adapt to the packaging of products of different specifications, expand the application range of the machine, and make test easier.

3.Adopt servo motor air clip traction device, the stroke between 120~400 mm adjustable.

4.The secondary plate heating method of preheating first and then heating is adopted. The heating area corresponds to the forming area, ensuring that the heating temperature of the material meets the requirements of positive pressure forming, so that the material shrinkage rate is kept at the lowest stable amount, thereby ensuring the forming quality of the product. The product has higher transparency after forming, clear surface without lines, and greatly improves the appearance of the product. Compared to tile heating methods, it saves more electricity.By using a unique positive and negative pressure molding method, the quality of product molding can be ensured. Multiple molding methods are used to make different types of products, resulting in higher transparency and a clear, reduce wrinkle surface after molding, greatly improving the aesthetics of the product

5.Suitable mold types can be selected according to product needs to achieve the best forming effect.

6.The pneumatic systems are all photoelectrically controlled and can be programmed through PLC to ensure accurate operation of each mechanism and ensure synchronous stability of products during multi-station and long-distance operation.
