Introduction

JCPP-520 Automatic Plastic PP Thermoforming Machine is developed by our research and development personnel according to the demand of packing market. 4.Adopt matrix heating tile infrared radiation heating, high-precision temperature control system for temperature control.

5.The fixed-point servo traction system equipped with the gear chain, and the material of chain guide rail is provided with a heat-treated aluminum profile and has a cooling system, stroke positioning is accurate and long service life.

6.Adopt planar linkage mechanism is to make larger transmission force , smaller inertia effect, stable operation, and larger pressure cutting force. Equipped with intelligent servo control system, laser knife is small in size, low in cost, convenient in adjustment and replacement, after the finished product is cut, the product is smooth and no burr.
