Vertical Bagging Machine is developed by our research and development personnel according to the demand of packing market. It was designed for packing eye mask.

Machine Features:

1) High efficiency and energy saving, reasonable and beautiful structure, stable operation, convenient maintenance and durability.

2) Automatic film feeding, plate heating, four-sides sealing , firmly sealed, the bag is flat and beautiful. The horizontal and vertical endless cutting mechanism can save 60-80% of the packaging waste and greatly save the production cost.

3) Programmable controller (PLC) programming control, touch screen intelligent control, servo system version traction and high-precision temperature control system are adopted.

4) Sensor controls are adopted in pneumatic system. PLC controls are adopted in pneumatic system. PLC control makes the whole machine run smoothly, keeps synchronous stability during the products are to be packed in multi-labor and long-distance.

5) Automatic film feeding, automatic feeding, upper and down netting, cylinder sealing, servo traction, stable running, easy operation, high automatic grade. Optional bottom film or cover film cursor tracking for version sealing configuration, double film roll automatic film feed.

6) It can be equipped with pattern calibration device.
